Privacy
We collect as little data as possible. This website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Who is responsible
Cami Pixel Shop (sole trader), camipixelshop@hotmail.com. The full details (including our address) are on the "Seller information" page.
What happens when you visit
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the host's servers process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host may process this data outside the EU/UK; see its privacy statement for details.
What happens when you order
When you press checkout (or "Pay for this one") you leave this website and go to Stripe's checkout. Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and affiliates) collects what is needed to process the payment: your name, email, delivery address and payment details. Stripe shares your name, email and delivery address with us so we can send your order. We use this data only to handle your order, send you updates, keep accounting records and comply with the law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Tax law normally requires us to keep invoice records for several years.
We do not sell your data. We share your address with the postal service to deliver your parcel.
Your basket
The basket is stored only in your own browser (local storage): which stickers you added, how many, and any note you typed. It is never sent to us until you press checkout, and it is needed for the shop to work, so no consent banner is required. Clear it any time by removing items or clearing your browser data.
Contact form
If you use the contact form on this website, the name, email address and message you type are sent through Web3Forms (a form service) to our inbox, so we can answer you. We use them only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed. The form service passes the message on and, as far as it states, does not keep the messages, but its servers may be outside the EU/UK (for example, Web3Forms processes data in the United States) and it keeps technical logs for a short time. See its privacy policy for details. If no form service is set up, the form just opens your own email app. Nothing is stored on this website.
If you email us
We use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing camipixelshop@hotmail.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority in your own country.
